Biography

Nazlıcan İrem Tintaş graduated from İstanbul Ticaret University. After her graduation, she completed her legal internship and has been working at Durukan Law Office since then.

İrem mainly focuses on Insurance Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Arbitration Law, Consumer Law, Compensation Law and advises multinational companies on litigation matters.

İrem has represented clients in Insurance Law, Bankruptcy and Enforcement Law, Arbitration Law, Consumer Law, Compensation Law at all levels of Turkish courts. She has advised various foreign-owned companies in Turkey on a wide range of matters including Insurance Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Arbitration Law, Consumer Law, Compensation Law, with a focus on Insurance Law transactions.

İrem has been working at Durukan Law Office since 2021.
