Nihan Uygun has graduated from Istanbul Okan University in 2019. Following her graduation, she has completed her legal internship and working at Durukan Law Firm ever since.

She advises her clients for employment related matters, which includes negotiating and drafting employment-related contracts, to unilaterally or bilaterally terminating employment relationships and representing clients before relevant courts. Other than personal employment contracts, she represents clients in various labor law disputes, including labor union related claims, advisory on working hours, annual leaves, disciplinary rules, in-service trainings and occupational health and safety and etc.

Nihan also focuses on insurance disputes as to advising insurance companies for handling employer liability and third-party liability insurance claims and coverage disputes. Her line of work also includes settlement of insurance claims via settlement or mediation agreements and/or other alternative dispute resolution.

Nihan is working at Durukan Law Firm since 2021.
