Kerem Karabucak is one of our firm’s partners and he oversees our insurance arbitration and entire general liability and property practice groups.

Kerem is highly experienced in all of the major insurance industry segments including non-life, real estate and construction, third party liability, general liability, life, health, property-casualty, all of the lines of commercial insurance and reinsurance as well as insurance litigation. 

Specifically, he has extensive experience on all-risk, employer’s liability and general liability coverage disputes as well as having experience in property-casualty damages arising from fire, spillage, landslide and collusion and also representing several multinational life insurance companies for personal and group accident coverages.

He also provides legal services to many companies ranging from different sectors for managing legal matters in real estate and construction, pharmaceuticals, logistics and transportation and may others. 
He is the client manager of many multinational clients for Durukan and responsible for coordination and supervision of Durukan team’s task and partner offices nationwide.

Kerem is working at Durukan Law Firm since 2016.
