Nedim Durukan is one of our firm’s partners and he oversees our dispute resolution, financial restructuring and intellectual property practice groups.

Nedim is a seasoned litigator and throughout his career, he practiced so many disciplines of law, such as corporate law, contracts law, administrative law, insurance law, real estate law, litigation, bankruptcy and many more that are beyond number.

He is advising to his clients, which ranges to so many different industries such as insurance, financial institutions, intermediary firms and capital markets institutions, aluminum manufacturing, heavy industries, automotive, logistics and many others.

In addition to his numerous achievements in his career, Nedim has been awarded with an invaluable plate by Turkish Bar Association Union for his legal works exceeding 40 years.

Nedim is working at Durukan Law Firm since 1979.
