Biography

Serap Demiryürek Sağ graduated from İstanbul University.

Serap advises insurance companies on the handling of insurance claims relating to motor insurance, personal accident and all types of facultative liability policies and property damage arising out of fire coverage, with a focus on traffic insurance disputes.

She also advises on the resolution of insurance claims through conciliation or mediation agreements and/or other alternative dispute resolution.

Serap has represented her clients at all levels of Turkish courts in disputes regarding material/physical damages arising from traffic accidents, Insurance Arbitration Disputes, Compensation Law, Enforcement Law. She has advised various foreign capital companies in Turkey on a wide range of matters including disputes arising out of traffic accidents, Insurance Arbitration Disputes, Compensation Law, Enforcement Law and mainly focused on Insurance Law transactions.

Serap has been working at Durukan Law Office since 2018.
