Biography

Ümmet Can Dişçeken graduated from Istanbul University. Following his graduation, he completed his legal internship and has been working at Durukan Law Office since then

Can mainly works in the areas of pursuit and litigation of movable lease receivables, Insurance Arbitration Disputes, Enforcement Law and advises multinational companies on litigation matters.

Can has represented clients at all levels of Turkish courts in disputes arising out of traffic accidents, Insurance Arbitration Disputes, Enforcement Law. He has advised various foreign capital companies in Turkey on a wide range of matters, including disputes arising out of traffic accidents, Insurance Arbitration Disputes, disputes arising out of Movable Lease Agreements and Enforcement Law, focusing mainly on Enforcement Law transactions.

Can has been working at Durukan Law Office since 2023.
